Level: Intermediate

We chose Mother's Day to introduce this project idea. But, you can make an entire " Holiday" collection and include Easter, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving and so on. This gift basket is filled with very special gifts. The Tea Towels are easy to construct and even more fun when they are embroidered. The microwave mitts are great for taking those hot dishes out of the microwave without burning your fingers. Once you make one set you will want to make many more. Make them for all your friends and loved ones. You can use a print fabric of your choice or embroidery your own design.
