Janome America, Inc. warrants this Janome sewing machine head for a period of 20 years from the date of original purchase against defects in material or workmanship with the exception of the electrical and/or electronic equipment which is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During the first year from the date of original purchase, defective parts will be replaced free of charge but at the owner's expense for labor, postage and transportation. For service under this warranty, present your Janome product, warranty card and proof of purchase to the Janome dealer from whom the purchase was made or contact Janome America Inc., 10 Industrial Ave., Mahwah, NJ 07430-2205. For service under this warranty, simply contact the authorized Janome/New Home dealer from which the purchase was made or us at the following address. (This address is also available if you have questions regarding any of this warranty.): The New Home Sewing Machine Company 10 Industrial Avenue Mahwah, NJ 07430This sewing machine is warranted only in normal household (non-commerical) use, and needles, belts, knives, loopers, needle plates and light bulbs are not included in this warranty. This warranty does not cover failures caused by improper maintenance or repair, abuse, normal wear and tear, misuse, or events beyond our control. This warranty extends only to the consumer who has originally purchased this sewing machine from an authorized Janome/New Home Dealer. The names and addresses of authorized Janome/New Home Dealers are available upon request. New Home shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages directly or indirectly arising from use of or inability to use this sewing machine, or from any other cause. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty will be void unless The Janome/New Home record card is completed and returned to Janome America Inc. within 60 days of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
