Dear Jan,
If I have a logo design in a pdf, do you know where I can go to get it in a format that the memory craft can read and embroider? Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Michelle Metairie,
The logo is actually a graphic image in a .pdf document. .pdf files are documents that can be opened and read in Adobe Reader.

Since your embroidery machine cannot read a graphic image, the graphic image must be digitized into an embroidery design. A .jef format embroidery design is the only file your machine can sew.

Graphic images are digitized into embroidery designs using embroidery digitizing software. Janome has two software products that can do this, Customizer and Digitizer Pro. Please visit your Janome dealer so you can see a demonstration of how these two software products work.
