I was sewing a fleece blanket and it sewed the seams just fine. I decided to add a decorative stitch to the front. Several times it just sewed in one spot and had to pull from the back to get it going again. What was going on? I just bought a couple weeks ago the Janome 12000. Any help would be appreciated.

Tammy

When I follow directions (I think!) in the manual ( I have the DC5100) my thread keeps going under the bobbin and winding around the post AND even when it doesn't do that, my bobbins end up very fuzzy with the thread not laying smoothly. Help!

I have some material I bought from W-Mart, it has a long stitch (looks hand embroidered) and would like to do this on some material I have. The problem is, I don't know really how to do this on my machine. The stitch on the W-Mart material looks like (I'll do my best to describe it) a stitch I used to do when outlining by hand, a double thread on a needle then a stitch brought back up through the middle of the 2 threads...the stitch on the W-Mart material is long, it is not like a satin stitch. I am sure there is an easy answer to this and I am making it difficult to find....HELP! <smile smile>

Hello,
When I sew in regular sew mode say straight stitch I hear a clicking sound when starting and stoping. The pressure foot down button flashes and clicks. Is this normal? Another question in Embroidery mode. I stitched out a design and it had two greens in the design. I was going to use same green color for both. This was a 4 color design. How can a combine colors? I wanted both greens to sew out instead go having to change thread in between. Can you use needle threader in embroidery mode?

Thanks for your help.

I use the MC9900 and get 1 of about 10 bobbins to wind with the proper tension on the spool. I wonder if others are having the same issue. At 10.00 per spool of embroidery bobbin thread, I'm in the red! Love my new machine except for this issue.

Need others to weigh in if they have an alternate way to thread bobbins successfully, please. Do I guide the thread through the bobbin hole and tie a knot? Or should I do as the manual states and just hand wind it a couple of turns and
hold it? Neither have worked consistently for me.

I have been learning how to use Digitizer MBX and have been running a number of pieces hrough a Janome 350E. Over the past few weeks, I've noticed that I'm having more and more registration problems. Colors that are supposed to be adjacent are now winding up with significant gaps, sometime straiht lines develop a zig in them, that sorts of things.

As a beginner, I could really use some advice on how to solve these problems.

Suddenly I am receiving a short of memory error on designs I have been using on a regular basis. I have formated my machine memory, I have turned the machine off when it freezes up and booted back up with out a USB plugged in, I have unpluged the machine for a while. I can do very small simple designed but not over about 3 small letters of a font, not even a Capital letter. Any suggestions?
