Hello everyone,

I just joined the forum, and am excited to be chatting with other Janome sewing machine owners. I purchased my new Janome Magnolia 7318 almost 2 months ago.
I am really enjoying it and have recently purchased the Ultimate Ruffler for it, and it is a snap on, so for those of you who wonder if you can buy a snap on Ultimate Ruffler for your machine, you can.

My question is, is there an even feed snap on presser foot, or are they only available for the high or low shank machines, and is my machine considered a low shank snap on foot machine? as I have seen that term used.

Any help someone could give, would be so appreciated. Hopefully there will be something like the even feed foot, that can used on the Janome 7318.

Snap on feet don't care if there is a high shank or a low shank, all they care about is if your macine has a top loading bobbin or a front loading bobbin. All walking feet are feet that need the whole shank attached BUT there is a great foot called the Rotary Even Feed foot and it comes as a set of several attachments, it's a snap on and can be used for any Janome-it's pricey though.

Thanks so much for your quick reply!... I will look for these attachments, as my machine the Janome 7318 does use snap on presser feet.
