My 6600 had thread go under the bobbin case and stopped sewing with an error E1 message. I cleaned everything out, rethreaded, changed the needle, unplugged and turned it back on, the error message remains. Does anyone know how to reset this? I've recently lost my repair person and the next closest dealer is over two hours away, I'd love not to have to make that trip. Thanks for any help.

An error message needs to be corrected by the dealer.

1. Turn the machine off.
2. Put the needle in the lowest position.
3. Turn the machine on.

If you now get 'E2', you jammed the machine and it blew the fuse on the 'A' board.

Your dealer will have to replace this fuse.
