Help...I am having trouble engaging the dualfeed on sewing foot A. It will click down but the minute I start to sew it pops back up. What am I doing wrong?! There are only 3 steps to the instructions in the manual...but it does not mention, "how to hold your tongue!" Any suggestions?
SewMe, Double check p. 12 of your Horizon manual; the dualfeed device works with your AD foot, not with foot A. For a long time after I first got my 6600P--which has the same dualfeed setup--I had to refer to my manual every time I used it. First, remove the snap-on foot, unscrew and remove the foot holder. The AD foot screws on where the foot holder was; once the AD foot is attached, raise the presser foot lifter to its highest position to engage the dual feed device to the back of it.
