A while ago I somehow fumbled the white threader arm off it's black post. I was able to snap it back on, but since then it does not thread my needles. I am frustrated as I cannot SEE the holes to hand thread and it is a feature I was thrilled to get. I have made multiple trys, even taking it off and putting it back on. My machine is scheduled for it's first annual check-up in August- but I really do not want to wait that long for a fix. Any suggestions?? e
I have had troubles with that darned needle threader since the first day I got the machine. I gave up on it and have been putting a white piece of paper behind the needle and thread it manually.Saves me from cussing like a sailor about it!!!

Hi Mandy and ellenjc,
I too have the 6600P. I love the needle threader and have never had problems with it. If your machines are still under warranty, I wouldn't hesitate to take it in have the needle threader fixed or replaced. Even out of warranty, this is one feature I would get fixed if it went out. I have "older" eyes!
