I had Digitizer pro v1.0 with 2 updates, installed on my computer and have been using it ok. This time it told me there was an unknown error and would not open. I checked the Janome site for a solution and found on here there was an update,I downloaded and installed but it made no difference. So also following a suggestion from this forum I would uninstall it a do a complete install, but although I know that the program has been totally removed the message I now get just after the installation starts is
Setup has detected that version 10.00.014 of digitizer pro is already installed.
You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version .
Then it closes the install down
my problem is there is no version now on the computer to remove.
Can anyone help with this thank you
