I have a new flash card for my MC9700. When I try to format it in the machine, it first says there is a FAT problem, then in formatting, it says there is an error and aborts. What am I doing wrong?
What is its memry size as the 9700 wont use a large memory compact flash card. If its over 526 MB it will tax the machines processor. So if its 1,2,or 4 gB the machine cant handle it
It is a 4 GB, so that may be the problem. Will have to order a smaller one. This was the only size I could get, but that gives me an idea of the problem. Thank you.
