This is covered in a number of different places but I will try to help you. the 350e has a USB port that allows you to use a USB stick. Take a new blank stick and insert it in the 350e....it will "read" it. When it does this is is actually formatting this.... it will create two folders on it. take the stick to you computer and insert it in the USB drive and then open it. You should see the two folders...one will be something similar to Emb5. open this file...it will be empty. Drag and drop the design from your computer to this folder and it will put a copy there... then remove the stick and put it back in your 350e and see if it can read it. It has to be put in that folder created by your machine to be seen by your machine.

The memory stick needs to be as small as you can get. 1 or 2gb is as big as you can go.

Reading your other thread it seems you are asking about magna hoop designs, you can't stitch those on your 350 e machine, the magna hoop is an 11000 machine hoop and works differently from the Gigahoop which is pain to use. You need Customiser v3.6 or Janome digitiser jnr to be able to create the gigahooplayouts. Two alternatives are Embird Basic $160 or Sew what pro $75, then a barrel full of patience and a lot of experience to get the parts of a design to marry up correctly.

There is no magna hoop for Janome machines that I know of. The MC11000 has a "macro" hoop that was approximately 8" X 11", but it also takes split designs only, but it works much better than the giga hoop ever did.

Cheryl is right. I believe the Magna Hoop is a Designs in Machine Embroidery product. There is one for the Janome machines in a 5x7 only.
If you have the Giga Hoop ( very frustrating as Cheryl said) there are older designs out there that were digitized for it. but trying to do it your self is a nightmare.
