I just bought a new lab top Toshiba 64 bit and having trouble with the Hasp file. After looking on janome web site can not find the file to fix the probelm have tried many to no avail!!! Anyone know correct file name?

Tkilzer, Go to the "Software" at the top of this page, right under the 3 tabs, click and it will take you to the right page. You will find the following way down toward the bottom of that page. Click on the one that is the version you are using and the download will come up and take you to the HASP website.
