Does anybody know where I can buy the instruction DVD for the New Home Memory Craft 8000?

Was there a DVD back in the MC8000 day. You may have to get a copy of the manual but as the machine is so long retired you may have to contact Janome. Try "Ask Jan" and see what she says.
