I downloaded .jef files on my USB drive from a website and then put the USB drive in the 200e and it cannot find the files even though I verify the files are on the USB drive

What am I doing wrong?
Appreciate the help

You must format your USB to create folders then insert the design into the folders for the machine to read them.

JoeRad,

If you placed your new USB into the 200E it will have placed 2 folders on the stick. The outside one will be EMB and inside that there will be another. That 2nd folder is where you .jef files must be placed. Also if the designs are to big for the hoop on your machine, they won't open either. You have just one hoop and it isn't large but it will sew many nice designs - I think about 4" square is the limit.

Give that a try and let us know how you make out.

Cheryl
