I have a Janome 11000se. I have just had my Janome serviced. The tension lasted for half a project. I am waiting for more bobbin cases to try it again. I will take it back to the tech. Anyone else have bobbin case problems..
There have been a lot reported but many many more that have not have we just hear the bad things. I recently had thread bunch up on top of the fabric and thinking it was a bobbin issue I bought another case and then when i pulled out the thread found some fluff in the upper tension so try one at a time cleaning the upper tension disks then change the needle clean the bobbin area, make sure you have the right size bobbin in it and make sure when you rethread that you have it securely in the take up lever. then rethread the bobbin. If that doesn't work then take it back but take something with you to show them what it is doing and make them sew something before you bring it home.
