If you mean ATA card and adapter. They are 2 separate elements. The ATA card goes into the Adapter before putting into the machine.

You miay be able to find them at memorysuppliers.com. If not your loacal Janome dealer should be able to get them for you or perhaps they may have them in stock.

If you live in the USA the link is to memorysuppliers.com they have a wide selection of Compact flash cards, adaptors, compact flash card reader writers. If you live in Gt Britain or Ireland, Amazon UK has a good selection of Compact Flash cards, adaptors and reader writers. You need the latter to connect the compact flash card to your PC.
the difference between the type 1 and 2, different pin arrangement, hence the need for an adaptor. The majority of Janome users use a type 1 with the adaptor. Your machine uses the small memory capacity cards maximum memory size 512MB.

Also the cards are different thicknesses.
