Have you formatted your card to your machine and created the proper folders to put the designs into?

Lesley:

Cards can become corrupt. If you have access to a second card clean the card and then re-format it in your machine. Be sure you are placing the designs in your correct folder on your card as well.

Have you tried a USB that is 2GB or smaller. They aren't very expensive but may be a little hard to find. Try a store that isn't high tech into computers as they sometimes have old stock that is lower memory. Memorysuppliers.com is a good place to get both the cards and the USB's from. If you order, get several of each as small as you can as you don't need much memory to save the designs. A small card will hold more designs than you could embroider in a day. Not that you want to put that many on to one card.
