I just received my Digitizer MB ver. 3.0 and I am overwhelmed. In my head, I have a few things that I would like to do but have no idea where to start. I have had a chance this past weekend to play around on it and I have done a few changes to existing designs which was fine but I would really like to digitize "artwork" (bitmap pics) but I am not sure how to go about it. I was also thinking of making crests for my hubby (for his baseball hat collection) but i don't know if I can do that either. I have been reading the manual which in itself confuses me sometimes. Did I bite off more than I can chew?
Any help would be great.
Thanks

It's a dreadful feeling opening a new program and thinking WAH how do I use this. Take a deep beath and say out loud, " you are only a digitising program on a computer that can't think. I am a woman and I rule the world"
Take a look in your private mail box.

HELP! I am getting a system error message when I try to open Digi MB Pro. Exception Access Violation. blah, blah, blah.

Was working fine until a power outage and now I cannot get back in. Can anyone help?

I have contacted Tech Support but that might take days. Anybody out there that can help me?

Go to your START programs menu, find the Janome Digitizer folder, and look for a couple of options. One is something like REVERT and another is Delete Recovery files.

Revert will reset defaults, so you might lose some preferences. Delete recovery files can sometimes help. Digitizer might store things in an unstable state when your power went out, and if it tries to restore your session from a backup, it might be trying to recover a file that isn't properly saved.

Often one or both of these options gets you out of those Access Violation messages.
