I am trying to decide which machine to buy. I can't really find anything on the 7061NX other than from a few retailers, nothing on Janome's website. I'm guessing it's an older model? It seems to be the same as the Magnolia just cheaper. Does anyone know? I want one with the same weight of the Magnolia.
Why don't you go into a dealers and try the machine out. You may find that it sews nicely or another that you like even better. Take some fabric samples or what you like to sew and that will give you a general idea of the quality of stitching you like.
