Watch the screen when you turn your machine on and the version will show up briefly as it is booting up. I think you can stitch up to 64,000 stitches if you have the latest upgrade. I believe it is version 3.?. You will have had to purchase that upgrade though and there may be updates to that on the Janome Global website. You can check that for yourself and do it if you need to. Just follow the directions.
