Hello Everybody! I am looking for to purchase Customizer11000. I have only recently brought my 11000 upgraded to se.I am having trouble to work out what to do to transfering designs to computer, to the machine.. not very computer illiterate lol. And I think this program is discontinued, so what is the easist program to get..Thanks

Digitizer Jr is the replacement program from Janome. You can download some free ones from Wilcom and there are others as well.

While I recommend a program to see/edit designs, if all you need to do is get a purchased design into the machine, format a memory stick in the machine via the instruction manual, plug that into your computer, and open it (under 'My Computer' or Windows Explorer). There should be two files, Ordf and Embf. Open Embf, and drag your embroidery designs into that file. Once it's done writing, put the stick back into the sewing machine and go to the embroidery mode. You should be able to see your designs under the external memory.
