Thanks for any help.
When I try to open DigiProv3.P I get this error code.

SYSTEM ERROR
UNKNOWN
ExceptionCode: e06d7363
ExceptionFlags: 1
ExceptionAddress: 7C812AFB
NumberParameters: 3
Sartup Address: 004011B0
Offset of Exception: 7C41194B

Is there anyway to fix this short of reloading the Software?
I have emptied Backup and Recovery Files.
If I reload beginning with Version G do I need to reload each version between that an version P?

Thanks again.

Did you download the drivers on the Janome website before installing the program.?

Have you tried the repair option on the installation disc, that can solve many exception errors. It simply sorts out any program conflicts that might have been caused by updating the OS or other installed programs.
Also asMpm has asked have you downloaded the hasp driver from aladin, there's a link here under software updates link to correct page
Scroll down through the list until you reach Digitizer Pro/MB Version 3.0 Updates

"Digitizer Pro/MB Version 3.0 HASP Driver | Learn More | Download Now
If you are receiving an HASP error or your software will not launch, please update your system with the latest dongle driver. Choose Sentinel HASP Run-time GUI Installation for Win32 and Win64 Operating Systems. "

If the program still wont launch, uninstall, close your computer, turn thepower off, wait 5 minutes, power up your computer and re install the program, now fetch th update v3.0p you dont need anything else, and install that.

Sometimes updates to other programs create conflicts and steal priority.

Thanks to you MOM and digimad. The issue seems to have resolved itself when I shut down my computer completely and then rebooted. I have saved your information for the next time?? I have had this error occur before.
Thanks again for your prompt replies. You have helped so many people and you are appreciated!

One thing you might do, which I wrote about in my blog not too long ago, would be to delete the Digitizer recovery files. If you've never done it before, then you should get in the habit of doing so.

I found that if I closed my user account control I could bring the software up. Is this safe? Is there a work around?

You shouldnt have to close your user account to launch V3, I take it you are using win 7, but even if you are using XP still do this.

Start>All Programs>Janome Digitiser Pro. Select DPro by left clicking ONCE that opens the drop down menu, scan down the list and select Delete Recovory files by right mouse clicking on it, from the pop up menu select Send to and from the list it offers choose Desktop, it will create a Desktop icon for you.
Now scan down the list till you see REVERT, right mouse click, Send to, Desktop, and that creates an icon of that on the desktop. Now close the list by clicking an empty spot on the desktop.

Select Revert, double left click on it, when the pop up appears its a small dialogue box 'Revert To Factory Settings.' Select 'Defaults'. If you have creatd your own motifs dont select motifs until AFTER you have made copies and saved them in a folder outside of DPro. Same with any Templats you may have created. If you dont mind losing either select those as wll and hit OK. The program will rvert to the same settings that were installed when you installed V3.0P, the last update.

Let us know if it worked or not. If it hasnt worked you just re install the update, which should offer the repair option.
If you dont know wher to find the motifs you created also let us know and we can tell you how to locate them.

I have had this problem too, on two machines (an XP and a VISTA). Very frustrating! I'm sure those recovery files are the problem...thank you wise people above and Janome Forum!!!
