I have a older Memory Craft 5700 machine and need a memory card of trees,and chain saws, for a project I am working on. Or if anyone has old ones I can buy. I would appreciate them. I do not have the extra soft wear card reader to make one. Can anyone make up one and sell it to me? Thanks Mary

The type of card that the 5700 takes must be a scan card. Without the card reader and the scan card your machine cannot produce a design. The 5700 used the customizer 2000 program and card reader which is no longer available.

I have the 5700 also. My husband also purchased the Digitizer/Customizer 2000. I tried to sell it several times, with no luck. I guess no one has these machines any more. I love the machine but I really have no time to embroider. Will be willing to sell it.

Linda the 5700 was discontinued many years ago. Also the Customizer program needs a seriel port for the program to connect to a computer and the newer computers do not usually have a seriel port and an adapter needs to be used. Also the Customizer 2000 is not able to be used with Windows 7 operating system which is the newest one out. The memory cards are also discontinued. That is probably why you cannot sell the machine. I had the 5700 for 5 years and traded it in when the machine crashed. I loved the machine but it is obsolete.
