Hi I have 2 Janome 350E they works perfectly for more than two years, one day I switch on one of them it just move the X Carriage position to the left side and shows massage on the screen "RAISE THE PRESSER FEET AND NEEDLE BAR, AND THEN TURN POWER ON AGAIN" and both the needle bar and presser are in the right position, whenever I switch off and on it repeat the same,

please did any body knows what is the technical problem for this machine?

I think you need to take your machine in for servicing. What you describe sounds like a sensor is not working.

Hi we have a 350e as well

Got a problem that just started happening

The bobbin threat is clearly visible around the outside(outline) of the embroidery.

Is this a tension problem or is it needing servicing

First, check that flat spring in the bobbin case because sometimes a ball of lint gets in there and makes the machine think there's no tension(well, there isn't acutally), and also make sure you always put the bobbin case in so the thread that comes down makes the stem of the letter "P".
