I am making leather handbags. I have been looking for a lining with a professional look. I have been using cotton from a fabric store, but it does not have the body and look I want. most handbags purchased have a heavier fabric inside. Is it broadcloth? do you know of a site that sells lining yardage for handbags.

Try the drapery and upholstery section in the fabric store. Lots of different weights and patterns. It will look very professional.
