Remember the polished cotton from the old years? I would like to get some to make a baby blanket. Does anyone know a website that may sell it.

Please help me understand the above...when the person asked a question about polished cotton, is this not a question about fabric topic? Most of us just want to be polite and get information. Thank you

fmacashley. This post certainly looks confusing but here is what happened. 1. lindahofer asked about polished cotton fabric - legitimate post. 2. There was a post from Zoeziba and a post from Newguide-- These posts were spam from companies trying to solicit business which had nothing to do with sewing. 3. These two posts were reported to the Janome moderator and were removed. 4. What you are seeing are the angry replies to this spam from other members.
Please be assured that we really are a nice friendly, helpful bunch. We just get angry when our forum is hijacked by spammers. I have noticed that lately, whenever the moderator removes spam posts, the angry comments from forum members are also removed. This will eliminate the confusion.
It is unfortunate that Lindahofer did not get a reply to her legitimate question, probably because of all the distracting spam. I also wonder what happened to that lovely fabric, polished cotton.

I too was confused. The other posts referring to the removed post should be removed as well. This topic had negative vibes to it.
