I have a Janome 11000D serger and all of a sudden I cannot get it to adjust the stitch width, it stays very narrow. I am sure there is something small I need to do. Sure would appreciate an answer.

Thanks
Jeanette

TX2622, I believe that is my serger, but I am at work, I will check tonight and see, as I can't remember off the top of my head. I know I have adjusted mine. You could always go to the Janome site and ask a tech, they are very helpful and free. You can also call your dealer, as they can probably help you over the phone.

I have the 1100D, the cover pro and just traded up from my 11000se to the 12000 yesterday, I love the Janome brands as you can probably tell. They are great machines and I alwasy recomend them. I really use my dealer and the Janome site. The techs that are avaliable are great, I have also called and actuall talked with the tech at Janome, when it was something I did not want to wait for an answer... So try that and I will see what it is that I do. If you could give more detail on what you are tring to do and what you have tried, so I will know, that would help me to try to help you.
