I've been doing name embroidery on a 300e for about a year now. We do 5-10 different names/phones a day and I'm wondering if it's too much for the machine. We are now experiencing an issue where the monogramming is not straight across. While it's perfectly straight in the hoop and the needle is fixed properly, the machine is not monogramming straight. It finishes and there's a slight upwards look to the letters. Any idea how to fix this?

If we do that many monograms a day, what machine would be best? We are on a limited budget, but I'm afraid the 300e is eventually going to just give out. We embroider names/phones onto nylon webbing, ribbon, and cotton fabric.

Thanks for any advice!

Take it to your dealer with a sample still in the hoop. It sounds as if the embroidery arm may need a small adjustment.
