when i turn on my machine - it makes a strange noise and stops moving.the new dealer says i have to replace all the bearings and bushings, I had written my name on the bottom of my machine- but came back without my name- not sure i have my original machine- has anyone had these problems with the machine freezing up

Do you have your original receipt or warranty. It may have the serial # so that you can check.
