I'm planning to buy a 1000CPX Coverstich Machine. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how do they attach necklines to shirts and if they use a TAPE BINDER. I was looking through the accessories and i found these two.

Tape Binder 5/16 Part #: 795842007
Tape Binder 7/16 Part #: 795824014

Is it worth spending the money on these accessories or is it easy to attach necklines??

I would appreciate the help!
