I'm having to make some pin tucks on some imperial batiste. I can't get the fabric to go under the foot smoothly. It gets getting bunched up. I adjusted the tension and there was an improvement. Could my problem bb the feed dog? How should I adjust it for heirloom sewing?

If you are using a twin needle try a wider one. It might be too narrow.
